Internships and Training opportunities for department students

The Department of Computer Science has signed an agreement with Internshala (http://internshala.com) to help you with your internships and trainings. 

For internships, more than 30,000 companies hire interns via Internshala platform and the companies also provide a stipend to selected students. There are internships for 1 month to 6 months, as well as work from college/home internships are also available. You can avail this service free of cost. Internshala also offers online trainings on 15 cutting edge technologies such as Web Development, Android Development, Internet of Things, Python, Ethical Hacking Data Analytics etc. These are 4-6 weeks online trainings that you can undergo from anywhere (home/college) and anytime (you just need an internet connection). Internshala Content Writing Contest in association with Alibaba Group

Internshala has launched Internshala Content Writing Contest (ICWC), in association with UCWeb (Alibaba Group). ICWC is an online contest for students who wish to build their careers in Content Writing. 

Who can participate?

College students (irrespective of academic background) who are currently enrolled in a recognized college/university can participate.

What are the rewards? 

The top 10 performers of this contest will be interviewed by UCWeb (Alibaba Group) for a two-month summer internship in Content Writing with a minimum stipend of INR 25,000/month. Further, all the participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.

Students need to register here to participate (registrations have already begun). The contest will open on 18th December 2016 and students will have a 12-hour window (10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) to submit their entries.

Pragyan Hackathon - 10th and 11th - DERBI Foundation

Pragyan - The ISO certified organisation of NIT Trichy is happy to conduct its 3rd edition of Hackathon at DERBI Foundation, Bengaluru on the 10th and 11th of December.
